The present invention relates to a vestibular organ training system using a 4D chair which enables a self-directed therapy by using a single-serve 4D chair interworking with various game contents or video contents by a system that focuses on the vestibular organ training for preventing mild cognitive impairment and dementia and improving cognitive abilities in the elderly. The vestibular organ training system using a 4D chair comprises: a 4D chair including a floor cushion on which a user can sit, a backrest for supporting the lumbar of the user, a lower motor installed in a lower portion of the floor cushion and including a plurality of air cylinders for allowing the floor cushion and the backrest to operate in a circular movement, and a support for supporting an operation of the floor cushion and the backrest； a VR device to be worn on the user and receive information about the game content； a control unit configured to regulate the rotation and speed of the 4D chair and control such that the VR device can interwork with the 4D chair； and a data analysis unit for transferring a result value with respect to content usage of the VR device to a database, managing the data, and analyzing a result based on an expert′s analysis on collected data.본 발명은 노년층 경도 인지장애 및 치매 예방, 인지능력 향상을 위한 전정기관 훈련 중심의 시스템에 의하여 다양한 게임화 콘텐츠 내지는 영상 콘텐츠와 연계되는 1인용의 4D 의자로 자기 주도식 치료가 가능하도록 하는 4D 의자를 이용한 전정기관 훈련 시스템에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 4D 의자를 이용한 전정기관 훈련 시스템은 사용자가 착석할 수 있는 바닥 쿠션, 사용자의 요추를 지지하는 등받이, 상기 바닥 쿠션의 하부에 설치됨과 아울러 상기 바닥 쿠션 및 등받이가 원형 움직임으로 동작될 수 있도록 복수개의 에어 실린더가 구비된 하부 모터, 및 상기 바닥 쿠션과 등받이의 동작을 지지하는 지지대를 포함하는 4D 의자, 사용자가 착용하여 게임화 콘텐츠의 정보를 수신할 수 있는 VR 기기, 상기 4D 의자의 회전 및 속도를 조절함과 아울러 상기 VR 기기와 상기 4D 의자가 연동될 수 있도록 제어하는 제어부, 및 상기 VR 기기의 콘텐츠 사용에 대한 결과값을 데이터 베이스에 전송하여 데이터를 관리하고, 수집된 데이터에 대한 전문가 분석을 통해 결과를 분석하는 데이터 분석부를 포함한다.
