PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioinformation acquisition device making a user properly recognize a mode in an operation state in order to secure operability when acquiring bioinformation.SOLUTION: A capsule type endoscope 1 includes: a switch part 9a capable of switching an operation mode between a stop mode and a standby mode by a switchover between an open state and a conduction state and a switch part 9b capable of switching the operation mode between the standby mode and an observation mode by the switchover between the open state and the conduction state when the switch part 9a is in the conduction state.
