PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery apparatus for an agricultural product drier is provided to enable users to easily install the apparatus on the drier by having a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery apparatus for an agricultural product drier comprises the following: a suction pipe located on the upper side of a heating chamber(6), connected to an air suction unit(4), and fixed in between fixing plates by including tubular bodies； an exhaust pipe integrated with the suction pipe, and connected to a waste heat exhaust hole(16) and a connection hose(36) of a drying chamber(14) for receiving waste heat； a guide partition wall and a drainage outlet(40) formed inside the exhaust pipe for collecting the moisture from the waste heat and discharging to the outside； a waste heat recovery device(18) with a blowing fan(26) inflowing heated air passed through the tubular bodies into the heating chamber, installed on the upper side of the suction pipe； and a nano-silver coating layer formed on the tubular bodies.본 발명은 농산물을 건조하는 건조기에 폐열을 이용하는 폐열회수기로서, 가열실(6)의 외측 상부에 위치하여 공기흡입부(4)와 연결되며 하부가 경사진 내부에 다수의 관체(30)가 지그재그로 배열되어 양측 고정판(28) 사이에 지지되어 결합 구성된 흡입관(22)를 형성하고, 상기 흡입관(22)의 타측에는 관체(30)들의 일측 단부가 연통하는 배기관(24)이 일체로 구성하여 건조실(14)의 폐열배기구(16)와는 연결호스(36)로 연결되어 폐열을 공급받도록 형성하되 배기관(24)의 내부에 폐열을 안내 유도하도록 경사진 안내격벽(38)과 하부에는 배수구(40)를 두어 폐열의 수분을 집수하여 외부로 배출하도록 형성하고, 상기 흡입관(22)의 상부에는 외부공기를 흡입한 후 관체(30) 사이를 통과하여 열교환된 가열공기를 가열실(6)로 유입하도록 송풍팬(26)을 포함하는 폐열회수기(18)를 건조기에 장착 사용하여 간단한 구성으로 제작경비를 줄일 수가 있고, 결로현상으로 인한 부품의 부식우려가 없어 사용수명이 연장되며, 건조하는 열풍의 수분함유율이 낮아 건조효율을 높이도록 한 것이다.
