PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent frequent repetition of rest of an operator, for securing a manned operation state.SOLUTION: A cargo handling vehicle comprises: a first reference value setting part； a fatigue degree determination part； and an operation switching switch part. The first reference value setting part sets a first reference value of the fatigue degree which is used for determining whether or not the operator should rest on the basis of living body information and a rest number of the operator in a normal time. The fatigue degree determination part determines whether or not the fatigue degree of the operator is equal to or more than the first reference value.
