Bifunctional molecules having first and second alpha-synuclein binding agents coupled by a linker are disclosed. The bifunctional molecules have potential utility in the diagnosis, treatment and/or prophylaxis of disorders in which alpha-synuclein is implicated, including Parkinson's disease.
