PURPOSE: A neck band with fragrance is provided to provide comfortable wearability by not affecting the neck movement of a user due to the formation of an ergonomic outer shape of inner and outer skins, and being difficult to peel off. CONSTITUTION: A neck band with fragrance is worn at the neck of a user, and emits the fragrance which is useful to a body. The neck band with the fragrance comprise: an inner skin part(110) which is formed in a rectangular shape extended to a fixed length, has a shape with a central part broader than both ends, and contacts the skin while surrounding the neck of the user to the rear side； a shape-retaining means(130) which is positioned at the top surface of the inner skin part, acts elastically since the shape-retaining means by being formed in a ring shape, and is made of an elastic material for maintaining the shape of the neck band； an external skin part(140) which is formed in a shape corresponding to the inner skin part, is connected to the top part of the inner skin part, and protects the shape-retaining means from outside； and a patch cover unit(150) in which a patch insertion hole(151) is formed inside to insert a fragrances patch by connecting with a top side of the outer skin part.
