<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-on clinical thermometer for measuring the body temperature with high accuracy. <;P>;SOLUTION: This clinical thermometer 110 including an antenna 114, a processor 115, and a sticker 112. The processor 115 is equipped with: a power supply circuit started concurrently with the occurrence of an induced electromotive force in the antenna 114; a detection means wherein two kinds, P-type and N-type, of semiconductors are together coupled and two or more semiconductor temperature sensors are together connected in parallel, the temperature sensors for detecting a band gap voltage when passing a current through a joint of the two kinds of semiconductors; a storage means for therein storing calibration data for calibrating the gap voltage detected by the detection means, and a conversion means converting the detected gap voltage into a band gap voltage in a prescribed range. The gap voltage detected by the detection means and converted into the prescribed range is transmitted together with the calibration data via the antenna 114 concurrently with the start of the supply circuit. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
