PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel opening device which prevents a cut-off blood vessel piece from falling into a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A blood vessel opening device 100 comprises a blood vessel piece taking out bar 10 and a tubular blade 20. The blood vessel piece taking out bar 10 is a member which has an attachment part 11 attached to a portion of the blood vessel, at the distal end of a bar-like body 12. The tubular blade 20 is a member for cutting off a blood vessel around the attachment part 11 to bore a hole in a portion of the blood vessel.
