The present invention relates to an electrosurgical device having an easily adjustable length, whereby a length adjustment unit can be unlocked in a one-touch button control method so as to enable the length adjustment unit at which a blade is disposed to easily move along a body so that the whole length thereof can be easily adjusted. Therefore, a surgeon can easily insert the blade inside a cut skin of a patient.
