PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively manufacturing giant liposome having high quality in a small scale.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of liposome including following steps (1) to (3). (1) a step for inputting a lipid solution in which an amphipathic liquid is dissolved in oil and a sample solution which becomes a liposome inner liquid in a first micro container and stirring them by tapping the micro container to emulsify them, (2) a step for inputting a solution which becomes a liposome outer liquid into a second micro container, layering an emulsion formed in (1) on the solution and then conducting a centrifugal treatment to pass drop in oil in the emulsion through an oil and water interface, and (3) a step for recovering the liposome formed in the solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】品質の高いジャイアントリポソームを小スケールで効率的に作製する方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】以下のステップ(1)~(3)を含む、リポソームの作製方法が提供される。(1)両親媒性脂質を油に溶解した脂質溶液と、リポソーム内液となるサンプル溶液とを第1微小容器に入れた後、該微小容器をタッピングによって攪拌し、エマルション化させるステップ、(2)リポソーム外液となる水溶液を第2微小容器に入れ、該水溶液の上に、(1)で形成されたエマルションを重層させた後に遠心処理し、エマルション中の油中水滴を油水界面を通過させるステップ、及び(3)前記水溶液中に形成されたリポソームを回収するステップ。【選択図】図1
