The use of rotors 48,50 with lobes 60 within an enclosure 16, may provide a smooth and consistent flow of material out of the outlets 38, which may be important in the food industry for portion control of food fillings into outer edible cases. The overall structure may also provide for easy dismantling for cleaning the inside of the enclosure. The flowable material may be a food product such as meat or fruit, going into a pastry casings of various types.
