The present invention relates to an insect resistant apparatus using an ultrasonic wave having a plurality of transparent acrylic rods disposed between dual insect-proof nets to fixate and support the insect-proof net, enabling each transparent acrylic rod to finely vibrate using an ultrasonic wave generated in an ultrasonic generator to enable the overall insect-proof net to vibrate to block access of pests and prevent dust from being attached, cleaning the insect-proof net, and preventing penetration of rain.
