The present disclosure discloses an inter-cultivator 10. The inter-cultivator 10 comprises a plurality of blades 14a and 14b mounted at least one shaft 12a and 12b respectively. The shaft 12a and 12b has a free end and a torque transmitting end. The torque transmitting end receives torque from a Power Take Off shaft 24 of a tractor through a transmission mechanism. The blades 14a and 14b are arranged on respective shafts 12a and 12b such that all the blades are visible when viewed free ends of the shafts 12a and 12b.
