PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate available for a biosensor, biochip, or the like capable of measuring a biological molecule at a high sensitivity in the condition that foreign molecules exist at a high concentration.SOLUTION: The nano gap structure type substrate is a substrate formed of a laminated body including a support body 1, a lipid film 2, and a solid phase 3, and an adhesion layer 4 is partially stacked between the lipid film 2 and the solid phase 3, and a portion that does not have the adhesion layer 4 between the lipid film 2 and the solid phase 3 is a void structure 5. A desired target material can be measured using a nano fluid device including the nano gap structure type substrate. The nano gap structure is extremely thin, so that background ground noise (background signal) due to a foreign molecule is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
