The present invention relates to a perfume composition recreating the fragrance of flowers of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii and, more specifically, to a perfume composition recreating the fragrance of flowers of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii having excellent preference by adding benzyl acetate to benzaldehyde, indol, phenethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, methyl palmitate, α-bergamotene, and methyl anthranilate, which have been analyzed by the SPME method as fragrance ingredients of the flowers of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii. According to the present invention, the perfume composition contains benzyl acetate along with main ingredients of the flowers of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii, such as benzaldehyde, indol, phenethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, methyl palmitate, α-bergamotene, and methyl anthranilate, and thus can recreate the fragrance of the flowers of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii and can enhance the preference of the fragrance.본 발명은 둥근정향나무꽃(Syringavelutinavar.kamibayashii)의 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 SPME법에 의해 둥근정향나무꽃의 향취성분으로 분석된 벤즈알데하이드(benzaldehyde), 인돌(indol), 페네틸 알코올(phenethyl alcohol), 벤질 알코올(benzyl alcohol), 메틸 팔미테이트(methyl palmitate), 알파-버가모텐(α-bergamotene) 및 메틸 안트라닐레이트(methyl anthranilate) 등에, 벤질 아세테이트(benzyl acetate)를 첨가함으로써 기호성이 우수한 둥근정향나무꽃의 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 향료 조성물은 벤즈알데하이드, 인돌, 페네틸 알코올, 벤질 알코올, 메틸 팔미테이트, 알파-버가모텐 및 메틸 안트라닐레이트 등의 둥근정향나무꽃 향취의 주요성분과 함께 벤질 아세테이트를 함유함으로써, 둥근정향나무꽃의 향취를 재현할 수 있고, 향취의 기호성도 개선할 수 있다.
