PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact thrombus prevention device that can be used in various places and that allows sufficient exercise to be done.SOLUTION: A thrombus prevention device 1 includes a support base 10, a gas bag 21 for the heel, a gas bag 22 for the toe, a pump 30, and a control device 40. The support base 10 supports the weight of the foot of an object person and is a box-like member that can be carried. The gas bag 21 for the heel in a shrunk state is disposed inside the support base 10. When gas is put, it swells and extends in a vertical direction to push up the heel of one foot of the object person. It is elongated in an extending direction in a swollen state. The gas bag 22 for the toe in a shrunk state is disposed inside the support base 10. When gas is put, it swells and extends in a vertical direction to push up the toe of one foot of the object person.
