The present invention relates to a machine for obtaining oil from a paste, preferably for obtaining olive oil from olive paste. The machine includes a housing (6) for inserting the paste, at least one churning paddle (2) for churning the paste, which can be located in the housing (6), and a means for rotating the housing (6) about the axis of symmetry thereof in order to centrifuge and churn the paste, such that the centrifuging and churning of the paste are carried out in the housing (6).
