PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an interior environment excellent by making an electrostatic atomization device effectively function by placing the electrostatic atomization device in an atmosphere with much steam amount.
SOLUTION: This interior cleaning device 4 includes an oxygen enricher 48 including an oxygen enriching film for obtaining oxygen enriching air with higher oxygen concentration than that of the atmosphere by passing the atmosphere and a discharge pipe 67b for discharging the obtained oxygen enriching air, the electrostatic atomization device 47 performing electrostatic atomization by applying prescribed voltage to water, and a duct 36 with which the discharge pipe 67 of the oxygen enricher 48 is communicated. The electrostatic atomization device 47 is arranged on a downstream side of the discharge pipe 67b.
