PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform remote control of a minute machine by a power supply and communication method using a magnetic field.
SOLUTION: A coil and a resonance circuit are fitted to the micromechanical machine to be operated. An AC magnetic field is applied by an outer magnetic field applying device. Thus, electromagnetic induction is induced in the coil fitted to a micromechanical machine. An electrical signal, having the same frequency as that of the applied AC magnetic field, is generated on the micromechanical machine-side. The electrical signal is stored in a tank circuit as energy, and switching by the frequency is performed by using the resonance circuit. Driving of an actuator, fitted to the minute machine, is controlled by this switching. The switched signal is transmitted to a microcomputer incorporated in the micromechanical machine thereby, communication with respect to the micromechanical machine is performed from the outside.
