A dental implant of the present invention comprises a core made of a metal and a sleeve having an inner wall. The sleeve is disposed on an upper portion of the core by sliding so that the inner wall faces the upper portion of the core. The sleeve is made of ceramic or peek. A gap exists between the core and the inner wall of the core, and an adhesive layer is disposed in a space formed by the gap, wherein the gap has a distance of 5-30 μm, particularly 10-20 μm.
