PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely evade the situation that irradiation with radiation is not stopped even when the cumulative dose reaches a target dose.SOLUTION: An AEC unit 52 starts the output of irradiation continuation signals simultaneously with the monitoring start of an integrated value of dose detection signals from a detection pixel, and keeps outputting the irradiation continuation signals in a prescribed cycle while the integrated value does not reach a threshold. When the integrated value reaches the threshold, the output of the irradiation continuation signals is stopped. The irradiation continuation signals are wirelessly transmitted through an irradiation signal I/F 78 to the irradiation signal I/F of a source controller.
