PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper, precisely acquiring the quantity of excreted urine by an indicator means whose color changes depending on the quantity of excreted urine.
SOLUTION: The indicator means 22 informing urination by a change in color is disposed between a back sheet 12 and an absorber 13. The indicator means 22 includes an opaque film 23 provided with one, two or more openings 25 allowing a liquid to pass therethrough. Water-soluble ink 26 is applied to the surface 23a of the opaque film 23 that is opposite to the absorber. Preferably the indicator means 22 includes a hydrophilic fiber sheet 24 disposed on the surface of the opaque film 23 that is opposite to the back sheet.
