PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of lumps causing separation of a scintillator on the end part of an adhesive layer for sticking a sensor panel to a scintillator panel.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.5 (A), a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 46 composing a first adhesive layer 26 is cut off to a size smaller than a sticking surface of a scintillator 34 to a sensor panel 23 by a cutting device 48 having a pair of cutting edges. As shown in Fig.5 (B), one protection film 47a is peeled off from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 46 cut off to a predetermined size and stuck to the scintillator 34 so that the outer edge of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 46 is arranged on the inside of the scintillator 34. As shown in Fig.5 (C), a scintillator panel 24 is stuck to the sensor panel 23 so that the outer edge of the first adhesive layer 26 is arranged on the outside of an effective detection area 43a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】センサパネルとシンチレータパネルとを貼り合わせる接着層の端部に、シンチレータの剥離の原因となるダマが生じるのを防止する。【解決手段】図5(A)に示すように、第1の接着層26を構成する粘着シート46を、一対の切断刃を有する切断装置48によって、シンチレータ34のセンサパネル23への貼り合せ面よりも小さなサイズに切断する。同図(B)に示すように、所定サイズに切断された粘着シート46から一方の保護フイルム47aを剥がし、粘着シート46の外縁がシンチレータ34の内側に配置されるようにシンチレータ34に貼り合わせる。同図(C)に示すように、第1の接着層26の外縁が光センサ43の有効検出エリア43aの外側に配置されるように、シンチレータパネル24をセンサパネル23に貼り合わせる。【選択図】図5
