PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder for powder and granular material which can prevent damage of the powder and granular material in a high reliability state.SOLUTION: In a feeder, a delivery recess 58 of a delivery roll 52 is provided with a sliding and leveling brush 60 for sliding and leveling. In order to guide powder and granular material entering the delivery recess 58 downward, a delivery guide 73 positioned along a peripheral surface 52s of the delivery roll 52 on a downstream side of a rotating direction of the delivery roll with respect to the sliding and leveling brush 60 is supported by a support member 70 in a cantilever state in which the delivery guide 73 extends from the support member 70 supported at a side of a delivery case toward an upstream side of the rotating direction of the delivery roll.
