The present invention relates to a drainage pocket and, specifically, to a drainage pocket which is used to suck and collect exudates or gastrointestinal drainage materials, such as blood, lymph fluid, pus, leachate, and secretion, which are stored in a body. The drainage pocket of the present invention comprises a pocket main body and a tube. The pocket main body comprises: an upper storage unit which is partitioned by a boundary partition on an intermediate part, and primarily stores exudates or drainage materials generated in a body in the upper part thereof； a lower storage unit in which the exudates or the drainage materials, as increasing in the upper storage, are discharged downward by pressure of the upper storage unit, and which has an outlet in a lower part； and a blade which is opened when the exudates or the drainage materials are introduced into the upper storage unit, and which allows the exudates or the drainage materials of the upper storage unit to fed into the lower storage unit. The tube is coupled to an upper end of the upper storage unit to guide the exudates or the drainage materials generated in a body to the upper storage unit.
