Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dentalimplantatsystem umfassend wenigstens ein Zahnimplantat (1) sowie ein separates Abutment (2), welches an dem Zahnimplantat (1) durch eine Befestigungsschraube (3) befestigbar oder befestigt ist. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Zahnimplantat (1) aus einem ersten Material besteht, welches einen Elastizitätsmodul zwischen 15 GPa und 75 GPa aufweist, und dass das Abutment (2) aus einem zweiten Material besteht, welches einen Elastizitätsmodul größer als 100 GPa aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsschraube (3) aus dem ersten Material oder aus dem zweiten Material besteht.
