PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the distal end structure of an oblique endoscope, where the assemblability of a cover lens, a prism and a rear group lens barrel is high and the prism does not easily come off concerning the distal end structure of the oblique endoscope where the cover lens is positioned on a distal end slope formed in the distal end body of an insertion part and the prism and rear group lens barrel are positioned in the rear part of the cover lens.
SOLUTION: The distal end structure of the oblique endoscope has an auxiliary frame integrally including: a cover lens storage hole for storing and fixing the cover lens a prism fixing arm for fixing the prism and a rear group lens barrel fixing arm for fixing the rear group lens barrel. Then, the auxiliary frame joint body with the cover lens, the prism and the rear group lens barrel fixed thereto is stored in a distal end optical element storage hole which is formed in the distal end body.
