FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to predict development of late retinal complications in patients with 1–4 stages of cicatricial retinopathy of prematurity (PH) based on fluorescent angiography. Perform a fluorescent-angiographic study of the eyes. Predict risk of development of latticular retinal dystrophy with the subsequent formation of its ruptures when 1-2 cicatricial stages of PH are detected, which occurred as a result of spontaneous regression of the disease, absence of fluorescence in the 2nd and 3rd zones of the fundus in combination with depletion of the microcirculatory bed in the vascularized retina, disturbance of the physiological course of the vessels in front of the avascular zone.
