The present invention relates to a shampoo preparing method using a fermented liquid extract of Carthamus tinctorius. More specifically, the liquid extract of Carthamus tinctorius is fermented with microorganisms to prepare the shampoo with an increased content of the beneficial components in the Carthamus tinctorius. According to the present invention, the shampoo preparing method using a fermented liquid extract of Carthamus tinctorius includes: a first step of culturing fermentation strains； a second step of washing Carthamus tinctorius seeds； a third step of pretreating the washed Carthamus tinctorius seeds； a fourth step of preparing a liquid extract of Carthamus tinctorius； a fifth step of inoculating the liquid extract of Carthamus tinctorius with the fermentation strains； a sixth step of fermenting the inoculated liquid extract of Carthamus tinctorius； a seventh step of preparing an extract of Impatiens balsamina； and an eighth step of preparing Carthamus tinctorius shampoo.본 발명은 발효 홍화 추출액을 이용한 샴푸 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 홍화 추출액을 미생물 발효하여 홍화 내 아케세틴 성분 및 폴리페놀 성분이 증가된 샴푸을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발효 홍화 추출액을 이용한 샴푸 제조방법은, 발효균주를 28℃ 온도에서 3일 동안 MRS 배지에서 배양하는 제 1단계； 홍화씨를 수세하는 제 2단계； 상기 수세한 홍화씨를 전처리하는 제 3단계； 상기 전처리한 홍화씨 1중량부에 대하여 증류수 15 내지 20중량부를 혼합하여 80 내지 95℃ 온도에서 열수추출하여 홍화 추출액을 제조하는 제 4단계； 상기 홍화 추출액 1중량부에 대하여 상기 발효균주를 0.001중량부 접종하는 제 5단계； 상기 접종된 홍화 추출액을 발효시키는 제 6단계； 봉선화 1중량부에 대하여 증류수 10 내지 20중량부를 혼합하여 45 내지 55℃ 온도에서 6 내지 8시간 동안 열수추출하여 봉선화 추출물을 제조하는 제 7단계； 발효 홍화 추출액 1중량부에 대하여 상기 식물성 계면활성제 25 내지 30중량부, 상기 봉선화추출물 0.1 내지 0.5중량부, 에센셜오일 0.04 내지 0.1중량부를 혼합하여 홍화 샴푸을 제조하는 제 8단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 상기 홍화씨 전처리 단계는, 고압멸균처리 공정, 70% 에탄올처리 공정 중에서 선택된 한가지의 방법으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 상기 홍화 추출액 발효는 35℃의 온도에서 28일 동안 진행되는 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 상기 식물성 계면활성제는 디소듐라우레스설포썩시네이트, 코카마이도프로필베타인, 데실글루코사이드, 디소듐코코암포디프로피오네이트, 레시틴, 애플워시 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
