Provided are an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus connected to wireless ultrasound probes and an operating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasound diagnostic apparatus comprises: a communication unit connected with a plurality of different wireless ultrasound probes through a wireless communication method； a control unit configured to control the communication unit to wirelessly connect the ultrasound diagnostic apparatus with the plurality of wireless ultrasound probes and to wirelessly receive status information regarding the connected plurality of wireless ultrasound probes； and a display unit configured to display a user interface (UI) indicating the received status information regarding the plurality of wireless ultrasound probes.
