Extracorporeal lymph detoxification apparatus comprises a lymph accumulation device, lymph cleanse circuit, reinfusion unit and a central control unit. Lymph accumulation device is made in the form of an accumulation container and a dropper, provided with a photometric drop sensor and a device for connection to a lymph circulation system of the patient. Lymph cleanse circuit is hydraulically connected by an input with accumulation container and by an output - with the reinfusion unit, which is equipped with a device for connection to a blood circulation system of the patient. Central control unit is electrically connected to the photometric drop sensor and a cleanse circuit. Device also comprises a control device and a positioning system, providing changing in position of the accumulation container capacity between the position above the level of patients position, in which there is no a lymph flow, and below the level of patients position, providing a natural lymph outflow. Positioning system is made in the form of a linear actuator, consisting of an electric motor and a rod, transforming a motor torque into translational movement of the rod. Accumulation container is mechanically connected to the rod.
