The present invention relates to a variable implant for fixating femoral which enables a user to place a wire to cover a fractured femoral, in an accurate location even when an application location of the wire varies depending on a person to be treated. According to a first embodiment of the present invention, the variable implant for fixating femoral includes: a body unit (100) having first fixation holes (110) which are penetrated at intervals in a vertical direction； a head unit (200) which is extended toward an upper portion of the body unit (100), is bent in the shape of a hook, and is snagged by a greater trochanter of the femoral； and a moving wire fixation unit (300) which is detachably installed in the body unit (100) or the head unit (200) and supports the wire (400) to be applied. The moving wire fixation unit (300) comprises: a support unit (310) which is formed from an upper side to a lateral side of the body unit (100) or the bent unit (210) at intervals； and a wire fixation body (320), having a joining unit (321), which is in the shape of a tetrahedron and joined detachably to the support unit (310), and a pair of through-holes (322) penetrating both lateral sides.본 발명은 골절된 대퇴골을 감싸도록 시술되는 와이어의 시술위치가 사용자마다 차이가 있더라도 정확한 위치에 시술할 수 있는 대퇴골 고정용 가변형 임플란트에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 대퇴골 고정용 가변형 임플란트는, 상하방향으로 관통된 제1 고정홀(110)이 일정 간격으로 형성된 몸통부(100)와； 몸통부(100)의 상부로 연장되며 갈고리 형태로 휘어져 대퇴골의 대전자에 걸리는 헤드부(200)와； 몸통부(100) 또는 헤드부(200)에 착탈식으로 장착되면서 시술되는 와이어(400)를 지지하는 이동형 와이어 고정부(300)를 포함하되, 이동형 와이어 고정부(300)는 몸통부(100) 또는 굴절부(210)의 상부면에서 측면으로 각각 일정간격으로 형성된 받침부(310)와, 사면체 형상으로 하부에 받침부(310)에 착탈식으로 체결되는 체결부(321)가 형성되고 양측면으로 관통되는 한쌍의 관통홀(322)이 형성된 와이어 고정체(320)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
