A therapeutic agent for wounds or fibrosis, said therapeutic agent comprising a substance capable of specifically inhibiting the expression of FoxO1. Preferably, the inhibitory substance is an antisense nucleic acid, an RNAi-inducing nucleic acid, a ribozyme or an expression vector thereof.
