PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health device for allowing a user to easily perform a pressure stimulation, light rubbing massage, and a stimulation by tapping with respect to various kinds of acupuncture points and a stiff region in a body, a pinching pressure stimulation by pinching a pressure region, and further, lymphoid massage in four limbs and a neck.SOLUTION: The health device is made of a material such as wood having hardness not to be easily deformed, has strength to endure the pressure stimulation, the tapping stimulation, and the force of the light rubbing massage and the lymphoid massage, etc., and as the shape thereof, has a size suitable for gripping with a human hand and a thick and round shape on the whole, and as the body type thereof, is formed to have legs extending in three or more directions from the center part of a body (a), where the tip ends 1, 2, 3 of the legs have multiple tip shapes such as a roundly bent shape, a bent shape with the shape of one letter and, like the shape of Y of a Roman alphabet, a shape with two symmetric branches in the tip of the legs where the branched tips are respectively bent or each tip part has multiple bent parts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】身体の各種ツボやコリのある部位に対しての押圧刺激、軽擦マッサージ又、叩きによる刺激、押圧部位を挟んでの挟み押圧刺激。更には四肢や首におけるリンパマッサージも手軽に行う事を可能とした健康器具を提供する。【解決手段】容易に変形のしない硬さを有する木などの素材からなり、押圧刺激やたたき刺激また軽擦マッサージやリンパマッサージ等の力に耐えうる強さを有し、形状は、人の手で握るのに適した大きさであり全体的に厚みと丸みを帯びた形状から成り、形体は、本体aの中心部より3方向以上に伸びる足があり、足の先端部1,2,3が丸く湾曲している形や一文字の形状を有した湾曲形状や又、ローマ字におけるYの字の様に足の先端が左右対称方向の二手に分岐してその分岐した先端がそれぞれ湾曲している形や先端部が複数の湾曲から成る形など複数の先端形状を有した構成とする。【選択図】図1
