PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle electrostimulator capable of efficiently applying an electric stimulation to a muscle.SOLUTION: A muscle electrostimulator 10 comprises a body part 20 having a mounting surface 10b to be mounted along the girth of a part to be mounted of a lower limb or upper limb. The mounting surface 10b extends in X direction in which the part to be mounted is enclosed and in Y direction orthogonal to the X direction. In the body part 20 a pair of electrodes 32 arranged apart from each other in the Y direction are provided.
