Disclosed is a trocar assembly for a laparoscope operation. The trocar assembly according to the present invention includes: a guide portion that has a cylindrical shape in an up-and-down direction and is formed to be bendable； a body that is coupled with an upper side of the guide portion； a trocar needle that penetrates the body and the guide portion； and a grip portion that is coupled with an upper side of the trocar needle. The guide portion is configured to have a coil spring and a sleeve that surrounds the coil spring in close contact with the coil spring. When the guide portion is bent, at least a part of an outer side surface of the coil spring and an inner side surface of the sleeve are relatively moved. According to the present invention, the coil spring and the sleeve are relatively moved when an instrument for a laparoscope operation is inserted into the guide portion and moved in various direction, and thus the guide portion is smoothly bent so that the insertion of the surgical instrument and the surgical operation can be facilitated. Also, the grip portion is configured to be movable in the up-and-down direction of the trocar needle, and thus stable support is available during the insertion of the trocar assembly into the body of a patient while trocar needle separation from the guide portion can be facilitated.복강경 수술용 트로카 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 트로카 조립체는, 상하방향으로 긴 원통형상이고, 휘어질 수 있도록 이루어진 가이드부； 가이드부 상측에 결합되는 몸체； 몸체 및 가이드부를 관통하는 투침； 및 투침 상측에 결합되는 파지부를 포함하고, 가이드부는, 코일스프링 및 코일스프링을 밀착되게 감싸는 슬리브로 이루어지며, 가이드부가 휘어질 때, 코일스프링의 외측면과 슬리브의 내측면은 적어도 일부가 상대이동하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 복강경 수술용 기구가 가이드부 내부로 삽입되어 여러 방향으로 움직일 때 코일스프링과 슬리브가 상대이동 함으로써 가이드부가 자연스럽게 휘어지게 되어 수술용 도구의 삽입 및 수술이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있고, 파지부가 투침의 상하방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 이루어져 환자의 신체 내부로 트로카 조립체를 삽입할 때 안정된 지지가 이루어지면서도 투침을 가이드부로부터 분리하는 것이 매우 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
