The invention relates to a mobile orthosis used for the extension/flexion of fingers and other joint segments by means of kinesiology tapes and/or other elements such as gloves, thimbles, cuffs, elbow-, knee- and ankle-protectors and the like, the orthosis, which takes the anatomical shape of the affected joint segment, having reduced size and weight, and providing support during the recovery process and the daily self-care activities. According to the invention, the orthosis comprises some leaf springs (3) arranged over a kinesiology tape (2) applied along the joint segments, namely on the fingers, up to near the middle of the dorsal side of the hand, the springs (3) being attached with the kinesiology tapes (4) onto the distal and the proximal phalanges of fingers, and, on the dorsal side of hand, with the fixing tape (5) whose extension further ensures the attachment and fixation on the wrist joint, the action of finger extension being possibly combined with the extension of the hand, by applying on the distal-posterior portion 1/3 of the forearm a kinesiology tape (6), over which the leaf spring (7) is arranged, said leaf spring passing beneath the fixing tape (5), having one end fixed on it and the other end attached to the forearm with the kinesiology tape (8) or another fixing tape (9).Invenţia se referă la o orteză mobilă, pentru extensia/flexia degetelor mâinii şi a altor segmente articulare, cu ajutorul benzilor kinesiologice şi/sau al altor elemente gen mănuşă, degetar, manşetă, cotieră, genunchieră, gleznieră şi al altora asemenea, orteza preluând forma anatomică a segmentului articular afectat, este redusă ca dimensiune şi greutate, oferind suport în procesul de recuperare şi în activităţile zilnice de autoîngrijire. Orteza conform invenţiei este constituită din nişte arcuri (3) tip lamelă, dispuse peste o bandă (2) kinesiologică aplicată de-a lungul segmentelor articulare, respectiv, pe degetele mâinii, până aproape de mijlocul părţii dorsale a mâinii,
