PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating pad capable of appropriately massaging a heated part.SOLUTION: The heating pad 1 is constituted by filling a plurality of granular bodies 3 heatable by electromagnetic waves and a massage ball 4 having a diameter equal to or larger than a half of the thickness of a flat bag body 2 in the bag body 2. The heating pad 1 is capable of obtaining a heating treatment effect by heating the granular bodies 3 by a microwave oven or the like and mounting it on a body surface 10.
