PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel silicone phosphoric acid triester, and to apply the triester as a powder dispersing agent.SOLUTION: The novel silicone phosphoric acid triester is a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, R1s each independently represent 1-4C alkyl R represents a bivalent 2-7C hydrocarbon which may have at least one group selected from -O- and -CO- and n represents an integer of 5-40). When the compound is used as the dispersing agent in an oily medicine, the compound exhibits high dispersion power, and the cosmetics obtained by formulating the compound exhibits excellent uniformity of a cosmetic film and sustaining effects of makeup.
