The external sensing element is used for sending an induction signal to the central processing unit if detecting that the user touches the external sensing element. The central processing unit is used for generating health information of the user according to the induction information, receiving the induction signal, obtaining control parameters according to the induction signal, obtaining control information corresponding to the control parameters according to a preset mapping relation table, and sending a start instruction to sensing controlled elements corresponding to identification information. The control information includes the identification information of at least one sensing controlled element.
