PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system, a medical device, and a treatment method that allow a puncturing position to be grasped easily, and enhance safety by suppressing erroneous puncturing.SOLUTION: A medical system 10 inserted into a living body lumen for puncturing the oval fossa O and holding a formed hole in a spread state includes a dilator 40 whose outer diameter of the distal side end part gradually decreases toward the distal side, an outer sheath 50 into which the dilator 40 can be inserted, a positioning part 20 disposed in the dilator 40 so as to be movable in the axis direction, which can protrude to the distal side with respect to the dilator 40, and a puncture device 60 that can be inserted into a first lumen 45 of the dilator 40.
