The invention relates to a method of obtaining porosified grains having controlled apparent density and charged with at least one liquid active composition from an entire native grain and having apparent density of between 500 g/L and 950 g/L. The porosified grain has a morphological appearance which is substantially similar to the original appearance of the entire native grain. The method consists in gelatinizing the grain and then gradually dehydrating it by means of a "heating/cooling" cycle in order to porosify it such that its apparent density is between 500 and 950 g/L, and in order to incorporate at least one liquid active composition in the core of the porosified grain. The invention also relates to the active porosified grains obtained.
