The present invention relates to compositions and methods comprising chimeric proteins used for the treatment of diseases, such as immunotherapy against cancer and autoimmunity, among others. In part, the present invention provides, in various embodiments, fusions of extracellular domains of transmembrane proteins that can have stimulatory or inhibitory effects.
