PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing bad sticking of an adhesive skin patch such as torsion and crinkles of the adhesive skin patch and sticking between the adhesive parts of the adhesive skin patch when sticking the adhesive skin patch to the human body affected part, and to provide an adhesive skin patch sticking aid to be used in the method which has a simple structure and shape and can be packaged with a sales packaging of the conventional patches.SOLUTION: An adhesive skin patch sticking aid 1 is a stuff in which a mesh sheet which has a simple structure and shape having an adequate hardness and rigidity is temporarily bonded and fixed to a non-adhesive surface of an adhesive skin patch 2 with an adhesive tape 4, and unified with the adhesive skin patch 2. The adhesive skin patch sticking aid 1 has an adequate hardness and rigidity totally, and the bad sticking such as the torsion and crinkles of the adhesive skin patch 2 and sticking between the adhesive parts of the adhesive skin patch 2 when sticking the adhesive skin patch 2 is prevented.
