PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize both rotation and fixation of a grooved ring on which a knee string attachable to a knee joint of diverse height is wound when a walker vertically adjustable with a patient's height is desired as manually getting a person on a walker to stop requires difficult handling of such as a stop pin because a gear rotates reversely by the weight of the person.SOLUTION: A grooved ring is made either rotatable or fixable by fitting on a short hexagonal pipe, and a gear motor with a brake for raising/winding a person on a wheelchair is made to stop by switch operation. Consequently, with an electromagnetic brake worked and wound, it is made to stop, thereby dispensing with hard operation such as a stop pin. Thus, by rotating a circular plate with the roll-machined and irregularly processed outer periphery, which is fastened to the lower end of a long pipe bolt arranged in the lower part of the pipe post, four pipe posts are made vertically movable respectively, so that the height of an upper stage frame is made adjustable to the height of a person on a wheelchair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の背丈に合せて上げ下げできる歩行器が希望され、手動で人を上げて制止させる場合、その人の重さで歯車等が逆回転する為、停止ピン等の難しい操作を必要とし、高さが異なる膝関節に付ける膝紐を巻く溝付き輪を回転と固定ができる事が希望された。【解決手段】溝付き輪を回す又は短尺六角パイプに嵌め被せて固定できるようにし、車椅子の人を巻き上げるブレーキ付きギアモータをスイッチ操作で停止させる事で電磁ブレーキが働き巻き上げた状態で電磁ブレーキ停止させ停止ピン等の難しい操作を無くし、パイプ柱の下部分に配置する長尺パイプボルトの下端に固着させる外周をロール加工と凹凸加工とをさせた円形板を回す事で4本のパイプ柱それぞれを上げ下げする事で上段枠の高さを車椅子の人の背丈に合せるようにした。【選択図】図4
