Provided in the present invention are an antibody, in particular humanized antibody, to hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), a nucleic acid molecule encoding the same, a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. Also provided in the present invention are uses of the antibody and pharmaceutical composition.
