PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: although the most preferred agents used in the prior art to stabilize pharmaceutical compositions comprising HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors are the inorganic carbonate and bicarbonate salts, the use of alkaline agents in these formulations can cause problems for patients taking the pharmaceutical composition, particularly for patients with a damaged gastric mucous membrane.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to stable pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, a method for preparing the stable compositions and uses for the compositions. The stable pharmaceutical compositions of the invention may be used, in particular, for the treatment of hyperlipoproteinemia and atherosclerosis.【課題】アルカリ剤のうち、HMG-CoAレダクターゼ阻害剤を含む医薬組成物を安定化させるための、先行技術において使用される最も好ましい薬剤は、無機炭酸塩及び無機重炭酸塩である。しかし、これらの製剤におけるアルカリ剤の使用は、医薬組成物を摂取する患者に対して、特には傷付いた胃粘膜を有する患者に問題を引き起こし得る。【解決手段】本発明は、1種または複数のHMG-CoAレダクターゼ阻害剤を含む安定的な医薬組成物、該安定的な組成物の製造方法及び該組成物の使用に関する。本発明の安定的な医薬組成物は、特に、高リポタンパク血症及びアテローム性動脈硬化症の治療のために使用してもよい。【選択図】なし
