PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic image processor easily recognizing an affected part hard to be recognized from an image itself obtained by an imaging unit or the like.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic image processor includes a separation unit 13 to separate at least part of a range of a black-and-white image of a subject eye to at least one group of pixels in prescribed size, a pixel specifying unit 14 for specifying a pixel of interest out of the group of the pixels, a determination unit 15 for determining whether the pixel value of the specified pixel of interest is the largest or the smallest in the group of pixels, and a replacement part 16 to replace the pixel value of other pixels in the group of pixels by the pixel value of the pixel of interest only in a case where the pixel value of the specified pixel of interest is the largest or the smallest in the group of the pixels.
