PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide producing large numbers of cells using hollow fiber bioreactor technology.SOLUTION: The cells are non-embryonic, stem, and non-germ cells that can be characterized by one or more of the following: an expanded replication in a culture and a marker of the expanded replication without being transformed, such as a telomerase, a pluripotential marker, and a broad differentiation potential.
