The present invention relates to a two-section dental floss pick, which comprises two handles and a piece of floss. The two handles are arranged in parallel to each other and connected to the opposite sides of a connection plate. The handles are each formed with a floss fixing terminal at one end thereof. The connection plate comprises an indent formed thereon in parallel to the two handles, allowing breaking along the indent. The piece of floss has two ends respectively fixed to the floss fixing terminals of the two handles. As such, a user may break the connection plate along the indent and place the floss in the oral cavity and use hands to operate the handles for guiding the floss to overlap a surface of a tooth for reciprocal cleansing. This helps operation flexibility.
